Dr. Ewa Furmańczyk among the editors of the Agronomy magazine

Dr. Ewa Furmańczyk from the Laboratory of Entomology, Department of Plant Protection, IO-PIB, was selected as one of 25 individuals to the Early Career Editorial Board of the international journal Agronomy (100 points, IF=3.4). The honorees also included representatives from Italy, Brazil, the USA, China, Greece, Sweden, Japan, Denmark, and Latvia.
An editorial team composed of scientists at an early stage of their careers can have a real and significant influence on the direction of the journal's development and the issues published therein.
Dr. Ewa Furmańczyk's research focuses on integrated and ecological plant protection, microbial biodiversity, and nematodes in horticultural and agricultural soils. We hope that thanks to her work, such content will appear more frequently in Agronomy.
We are pleased that Poland – thanks to the Institute of Horticulture – National Research Institute – is contributing to the promotion and popularization of content related to horticulture in the international scientific arena!
