The following analyses are performed at the Institute of Horticulture – National Research Institute:
– Analysis of soil enzymatic activity, i.e. enzyme activity, which is considered a general, indirect indicator of the number and activity of microorganisms in the soil. Soil enzymatic activity is a sensitive indicator of their fertility and yield;
– Microbiological analysis of soil to determine whether and what pathogens and microorganisms are present in the sample delivered to the laboratory. Based on its results, it is possible to determine which pathogens are causing problems and select appropriate control methods;
– Qualitative and quantitative analysis of microbiological preparations and microbiologically enriched fertilizers in order to determine their quality.
