Food. Plant material

The laboratory performs food analyses, including fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, cereal products, herbs, pickles, beekeeping products, spices, extracts, as well as juices, nectars, dried fruit and plant material (leaves, shoots, roots).

Range analysis includes marking contents:

  • macronutrients: phosphorus (P), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca),
  • micronutrients: boron (B), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), sodium (Na), molybdenum (Mo),
  • nitrates (V) and nitrates (III),
  • fats,
  • sugars,
  • alone,
  • proteins, 
  • vitamin C.
  • dietary fiber:
    • total (TDF),
    • soluble (SDF),
    • insoluble (IDF),
  • heavy metals: cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) and arsenic (As).

Nutritional value

The Horticultural Products Quality Testing Laboratory performs the analyses necessary to calculate the energy and nutritional value in order to prepare food product labels.

The offer is addressed to food producers who want to introduce their products to the Polish and European market.
